高校《形势与政策》课程教学团队建设初探

摘    要:《形势与政策》课程是高校思想政治理论课的重要组成部分。当前,《形势与政策》课程的师资队伍建设还存在队伍结构不合理、数量明显不足、质量参差不齐、整体水平不高等问题。因此,高校必须加强高水平的《形势与政策》教学团队建设,树立共同的价值取向和团队建设目标,遴选、配置好团队带头人和团队成员,建立有效的教学模式和管理机制,切实提高《形势与政策》课程的教学质量。
