教学主体的角色德性

摘    要:教学主体的德性问题是教学伦理学的基础性问题,它决定着教学伦理生活乃至整个教学生活的品位。教学伦理问题既发生和存在于教学双方主体自身,从而引出教学角色的德性问题,又发生和存在于教学双方主体的教学生活关系中,从而引出师生在教学过程中相互作用的伦理规范问题。从教学伦理的意义上讲,一个人只有完全具备了教师的或学生的角色德性,他才是一个合格的教师或学生。
