| 摘 要： | 精致化管理作为目前教育理论界的前沿思考,其理念为新时期学生党员的教育管理工作提供了新的视角和思路。目前,学生党员教育管理工作中存在着目标定位模糊、缺乏科学合理的评价机制、细节有待完善、缺乏入党后的继续教育与管理等问题。高校应从精准目标、精细过程、精良结果三个角度完善和落实学生党员的精致化教育管理。
