| 摘 要： | 从人才培养目标、教育环境和教育对象3个方面分析了新时期高职教育发展的特点,提出适应新时期的高职教师角色转换要体现和落实在教学内容的选择、教学方式和教学评价这3个环节上,并说明了高职教师顺利实现角色转换的必要条件。
