| 摘 要： | 心理学的研究表明,教师的心理健康水平在教育教学工作中起着举足轻重的作用。从目前国内外对教师心理健康现状的调查研究结果看,许多教师存在不同程度的心理问题,我们必须采取积极措施,促进教师心理健康。
