The legalization of managing college students has become inevitable in contrast to the historical background that the nation is lawfully governed. This essay tries to point out the wrong aspects of managing college students at four levels: the exaggeration of the personnel breeding function of management legalization; the neglect of the inner function of management legalization; the violation of the principle that legal rights are consistent with duties; the irrational operation of college student management documents.
