| 摘 要： | 桂林师范高等专科学校成立后，系（部）党总支被赋予学生管理工作的重任。本文从把握系（部）党组织定位、教师思想政治工作、学生党支部建设、班级建设等方面对高校在新形势下加强党的基层组织建设，改进思想政治工作进行了初步探讨。
