抗日战争时期鄂豫边区农民对减租减息的心态

1940年鄂豫边区开始执行党的减租减息政策。在边区“双减”运动开展过程中，农民对这一政策呈现出不同的心态。本文在展现鄂豫边区农民对“双减”的复杂心态基础上，进一步探讨其形成原因以及边区党委和政府在克服农民中存在的消极心态、引导其积极心态方面所采取的措施，从一个侧面展示出鄂豫边区党委和政府在“双减”运动中实事求是的精神。

Discussion on Peasants' Attitude to the Rent and Interest Cut in Border Area of E and Yu During the Period of the War of Resistance Against Japan

In 1940 the policy of rent and interest cut began to be carried out in the border area of E and Yu. During this campaingn, peasants held different attitude to it. Some peasants supported it while others maintained neutrality or were against it, some looked forward to and relied on it while others worried and hesitated about it, and some took active part in it while others were afraid to participate. Based on showing the complex attitude peasants held on double cut in the border area of E and Yu, this article further discusses the reasons and the measures taken by Party committee and the government of the border area to overcome the negative thinking and guide the active one, which is one side to demonstrate the spirit of seeking truth from facts of Party committee and the government of border area during the campaign of double-cut.
