| 摘 要： | 针对学校管理学课程体系在研究基点、研究范围、理论深度、实践运用等方面存在的问题,根据学校管理理论的哲学化、微观化、多元化、外向化和比较化等发展趋势,反思了现有学校管理学课程体系,提出包括学校管理借鉴篇、原理篇、组织篇、人员篇、活动篇和保障篇等六大板块的课程体系重构路径。

| Abstract: | To solve problems of the research base,scope of study,depth of theory and practice of School Management curriculum system,based on the philosophy,micro,diversified,outward-oriented and comparison developing trends of school management theory,this paper reflected the existing school management curriculum system,and supposed the recontruction suggestions including school management learning from others,principles,organizations,personnels,activities and the protection. |
