| 摘 要： | 辽宁省本科层次的中外合作办学经过十多年的发展,已逐步形成了规范管理、专业富有特色、合作国别增多等诸多优势,取得丰硕的成果,对省内教育事业的发展产生了深远影响。但同时也面临着合作专业不能完全服务于区域经济发展、中外合作办学专业未能凸显高校优势与特色、师资队伍不能满足国际化办学需要,以及教学质量评价与保障作用不完善等问题。进一步加快辽宁省本科层次中外合作办学的发展,要从政府层面的宏观发展和高校层面的微观发展两方面入手。

| Abstract: | With its development of ten years odd, the international cooperative education for under- graduates in Liaoning province has made some substantial achievements in management, discipline, and diversity of nations in cooperation. However, it still has some problems to solve. Some majors do not fully match the demands of the regional economic development; some do not highlight the advan- tages and features of the concerned universities; the teaching staff cannot satisfy the needs of interna- tional cooperative education. To solve all these problems, we need to make some strategic decisions considering both the macro plan of the government and the specific cases of universities. |
