| 摘 要： | 文章分析了江苏沿江地区专业化小城镇的地域类型及其结构和特征,剖析了专业化小城镇建设与发展中存在的问题。提出了进一步发展的对策:创新机制与理念,运用市场原则促进经济要素的集聚与联系;优化产业结构、资产结构;多元化筹资;加强政府的规划、指导、服务与管理。

| Abstract: | The author analyses the structure and features of the regional models of the specialized small towns in the region along the Yangtze River, and further discusses their construction and development. Some proposals for the future development are put forward: innovation of operational mechanism and concepts; promotion of integration and connection of the economic essential elements by means of principles of market economy; optimization of the structure of industry and property; multi-channel of raising capital and the strengthening ofthe government' s planning, instruction, service and administration. |
