电容检测技术分析及差动变频检测电路设计

摘    要:讨论了电容传感器特性和各种电容传感器检测电路,对造成调频检测电路频率不稳定的因素进行了分析,得到影响振荡频率的原因以及这些影响的共同特征,从而提出了一种新的差动变频检测技术方案.

Abstract:The features of various capacitive sensors and their detection circuits are put under examination and analysis is also made of the influencing factors that cause frequency instability in the frequency detection circuit,which helps spot the causes affecting the oscillation frequency and the common feature of these factors,and eventually it comes up with a new differential frequency detection technology solution.
