| Abstract: | Accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test are two important technologies in the accelerated test for high reliability and long life products in the engineering field of reliable appraisal.The basic concepts of accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test were introduced and the accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test were compared,showing that they have different test goals,basic assumptions,accelerated models,application ranges. |
