| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革已在全国上下广泛深入地开展,如何改革、选择什么样的后勤实体模式问题,是后勤工作者面临的重要课题。作者通过对赣南师范学院采用股份制组建后勤实体的实践解析,阐述了后勤实体公司制模式的现实指导意义,认为公司制模式是较规范的理想模式。
