| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the relation of human resource and economic zone's development,the article points out the main features and questions of human resource exploitation and administration in the course of the economic zone's development.At last the article expounds the advice and countermeasures of strengthening human resource exploitation and administration and it will be beneficial to the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the straits. |
