The Policy Appraisal under Policy Revision and Abrogation

As the joining of World Trade Organization and the deepening of the idea based on people,people begin to query to the rationality of some current policies.Meanwhile,the government is setting about clearing up the policies,regulations which are not fit for the changes of the environment in order to revise and abrogate them in time.This text mainly involves policy appraisal under policy revision and abrogation,namely policy's follow-up appraisal and some guidelines of policy appraisal: the participation of the persons who are correlated with policy's multiple interests,the pluralism of the policy goals under the environment changes,giving consideration to efficiency and political value and the transparence under policy appraisal.This text finally discusses two methods that policy appraisal involves,namely efficiency and valuation's analytic approaches
