| Abstract: | Cooperative teaching is one of effective ways to promote teachers' professional development.At present the type of demonstration and observation is widely used in the cooperative teaching of college English.Based on the characteristics of the cooperative teaching,the paper discusses its influence and function in training college English teachers' reflecting ability,thus makes it to enhance a teacher's accomplishment in the teaching practice through an introspective way. |
