| 摘 要： | 广西桂林境内分布着两条古运河,即灵渠和桂柳运河．“一府两运河”的独特现象以及地理位置的接近和沿岸地区社会经济繁荣状况的迥异,使得开展对这两条运河的开凿目的、修缮情况、历史及社会功用和现代利用价值的比较研究有了意义,也为出现这种情况的反思提供了一定的历史依据．

| Abstract: | There are two ancient canals in Guilin,Guangxi,Ling Canal and Guiliu Canal.The unique phenomenon of one government,two canals,and the different social and economic situation in the places along the canals make the comparative study of these two canals significant,and provide some historical basis for this reflection. |
