| 摘 要： | 摘要：寻找企业创新路径、识别企业如何从模仿创新走向自主创新，对培育中国企业自主创新能力十分有益。本文以扎根理论方法为主导工具，对浙江吉利汽车通过人才培养、人才引进、R&D投入和组织学习能力提升，实现企业自主创新的过程进行了详尽研究，得出了吉利汽车不同发展阶段从模仿到自主的创新路径，这种独特的创新路径对其他致力于培育自主创新的企业具有启发意义。
