| 摘 要： | 高等学校财力资源是高等学校生存和发展的基础，是高等学校教育事业蓬勃发展的根本保证，财力资源配置的方向直接影响高等学校发展的方向和水平，目前高等学校在财力资源方面的现状、配置方式、以及高等学校教育经费占国民生产总值的比例等存在着一定的问题，如何解决这些问题实现高等学校财力资源的优化配置，是一个亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Institutions of higher education depend on their financial resources for survival and development,without which the prosperity of higher education can hardly be guaranteed.The direction of financial resources' allocation exerts direct effects on the development direction and level of an institution of higher education.Problems exist in the current situation of the financial resources,ways of their allocation and the proportion of educational investment in GDP.It is urgent to solve the above problems so as to optimize the financial resources of institutions of higher education. |
