| Abstract: | The vision of the International Paralympic Committee(IPC)is"To Enable Paralympic Athletes to Achieve Sporting Excellence and Inspire and Excite the World".This ambitious vision remains the keystone to the success of the Paralympic Games and IPC sanctioned events around the world.However,to achieve this vision is not without its challenges,trials,and questions.The IPC is the international governing body of sports for athletes with a disability and acts as the International Federation for 12 additional sports. |
