| 摘 要： | 产业集群是近年来区域经济发展的亮点和产业经济研究重要的前沿课题，并已经形成了一些比较成熟的理论和观点。产业集群所产生的地区竞争优势为各国及地方政府提供了一个崭新的发展经济的思路，实践证明，以集群为导向是科技园区的正确发展方向。本文结合产业集群研究形成的相关成熟理论，试着从集群角度分析我国科技园区发展中碰到的问题，提出了一些初步治理对策。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is a spotlight of the regional economy development and an important task of industrial research, and some mature theories have already been set up with respect to this field. The regional competitive advantage brought by industrial cluster offers a new way to develop economy for government. It has been proved that clustering is a correct development direction for science and technological park. On the basis of some relative cluster theories, this paper tries to analyze the present situation of science and technological park and offers some proactive measures. |
