| 摘 要： | 高校新生党建工作存在着机制方面的问题,新生党员及入党积极分子也存在着模范作用不明显的问题。要加强新生党建工作,就要加强组织建设,在严格的基础上打造推优发展的＂绿色通道＂;加强思想引领,促进党员和入党积极分子发挥模范带头作用。

| Abstract: | With respect to the mechanism of the Party construction in the colleges and universities,there have been some questions both in the Party members and the activists.For strengthening the Party construction work in the fresh students,it is necessary to strengthen the organization construction,make the green passage way to developing Party member by choosing the good ones on the strict bases;strengthen thought guidance and in-depth carry out excel activities among the Party members and the activists. |
