| 摘 要： | 今天越来越多的医学界专家和学者学习和研究中医,中医走向世界也就成为了一个必然趋势。为了促进中医的全球化交流和合作,首先要有正确有效的译本向全世界介绍中医的知识、理论及临床实践。但是目前在中医英语翻译中存在着大量的问题,从而导致了外国学习者的重重困难,并且阻碍了中医的进一步发展。归化和异化的矛盾是翻译界长期争论不休的焦点。该文从文化方面对归化和异化进行了细致的对比,认为在中医英译中要根据具体情况采用归化法或异化法甚至两者并用。
