| Abstract: | In this paper, the technical specification is summed up in Wushu combat practice. The author thinks that the people who participate in Wushu should abide to five aspects of technical specification. These five technical specification includes posture stabilization and body relaxation; gaze at opponent's eyes; simultaneous concerted movement of one side of the body; normal development of special resourcefulness and making exertions only when touching the opponent. The main purpose is to provide the reference for Wushu combat training in our country |
