| 摘 要： | 加强农村文化建设是我国构建农村和谐社会、提高广大农民生活质量、促进广大农民全面发展的重要途径。要加强农村精神文化建设,需要重点把握：文化、农村文化、农村文化建设的涵义,我国农村文化建设中存在的不足、问题及其成因,我国加强农村文化建设的核心、实质以及加强农村文化建设的着力点。

| Abstract: | Promoting village cultural construction is one of the important ways to construct harmony society in villages and to enhance living quality of farmers and to advance the full development of farmers.Enhancing spirits cultural construction mainly needs to hold the contents of cultural,village cultural,and village cultural construction,the shortcuts,problems and its reasons of the village cultural construction,the core of promoting village cultural construction. |
