摘    要:利用微波消解——原子吸收光谱法对凹版印刷油墨、接装原纸、成品接装纸中的As、Pb含量进行测定,再根据产品生产时的油墨配方,原墨的固体含量以及其他工艺参数,应用统计学方法进行统计研究,建立了理论模型。结果表明该模型可有效控制接装纸的安全性能。

Abstract:By means of microwave digestion-atomic absorption of spectrometry,we measured the content of As and Pb in the gravure printing ink,base tipping paper and finished tipping paper.A theoretical model was established according to the printing ink formula in production,the solid content of the base ink and other technological parameters including the statistical data.The result shows that the model can be used to effectively regulate the safety performance of tipping paper.
