| Abstract: | The Public Welfare Foundation stresses the concept of social welfare in the field of education and the creation of famous brand.It takes social education as its obligation and provides a lot of assistance and chances of development for the disadvantaged groups who are badly in need of help.Those people can experience true and valuable concern from society and this effectively promotes educational equality in the expression of humanities. |
