| Abstract: | Micro-teaching is a fashionable means of examining and evaluating the performance of a teacher,exerting its important influence on recruitment,assessment and employment of teachers.It is essential for teachers of politics in high school to combine the features of the subject and have a good command of the ＂Five Essentials＂（i.e.teaching materials,teaching aims,studying methods,teaching strategies and teaching process） in the course of micro-teachings. |
