| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的不断深入,我国经济生活中收入分配差距扩大,贫富差距悬殊问题凸显。解决这一问题,不是回到平均主义中去,而是在正确的公平观指导下,采取切实合理的有效措施,走出一条“效率优先,兼顾公平”的新路子。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of economic system reformation,the income allotment span is increasing in our country's economic life.The solution to this problem does not entail egalitarianism.Instead,practicably reasonable and effective measures are to be adopted to find a new way characterized by "efficiency first with fairness in consideration" under the guide of correct and fair outlook. |
