| Abstract: | The quadric ruled surface is a problem in teaching conicoid. This paper infers and proves the straight generatrix of the single sheet hyper-boloid and the hyperbolic paraboloid and also proves that among the ellipsoid ,the hyperboloid and the paraboloid there is a straight line only upon the single sheet hyperboloid and the hyperbolic paraboloid. |
