| Abstract: | The non-compulsory education is characterized by the complexity in structure and duality of educational pur- poses. In spite of this, its running conceptions are consistent, namely, non-compulsory, quasi public and professional. The e- valuation of such education is extremely complicated, but we can find its quality direction according to its running conceptions. |
