基于投影寻踪模型的成都市土地利用系统健康评价研究

以成都市一、二圈层11个区县为实证研究区域,引入投影寻踪模型,借助遗传算法对研究区内土地利用系统健康水平进行评价研究,并分析归纳其空间分布特征.研究结果表明：（1）使用遗传算法进行投影优化的投影寻踪模型对于土地利用系统评价具有较强适应性,能得出客观合理的评价结果;（2）2011年成都市一、二圈层土地利用系统健康状况总体较好,投影特征值zi在-0.9145＂2.1301区间的健康和较为健康区域主要分布于中心城区,健康水平较差区域主要分布于研究区南北部;因此,为提高研究区内的土地利用系统健康水平,需重点落实耕地保护政策,提高土地垦殖率,合理利用建设用地指标,把土地资源与市场挂钩,重视环境保护工作,提高污染防治水平.

On the Health Diagnosis of the Land Use System Based on Proj ection Pursuit Model in Chengdu

1 1 counties in the first and second layers of Chengdu were selected as our empirical research subj ects.By the introduction of proj ection pursuit model,and with the help of genetic algorithm,a probe was made of the land use system for its health conditions,and thus to find out about its characteristics in spatial distribution as well.The results showed that：（1） the proj ection pursuit evaluation model,optimized through the use of the genetic algorithm,was found to have a rather strong adaptability in the evaluation of land use system,and results thus obtained were quite objective and reasonable;（2）in 2011,the overall health level of the land use system in the first and second layers of Chengdu is satisfactory,regions with a proj ection characteristic value within the range of 0.9145-2.1301 and the relatively healthier regions are largely found in the inner circle of the city,and regions with a poor health condition in land use are mainly found in the south and north of the areas under stud-y.The findings show that to improve the health of the land use system,priority should be given to the following aspects：the strict implementation of the policies concerning the protection of arable farmland;the improving of the Land reclamation rate;the proper use of the allocated construction land;the establishment of a market-based land resources use system;adequate em-phasis placed on the job of environmental protection and the enhancement of pollution prevention.
