| 摘 要： | 学校教育离不开考试，如何进行考试以及怎样评价考试是关系到能否真正实现学生“减负”的关键．活动考核法就是能够实现“减负”这一目的的“考试”方法．活动考核法强化了考试的发展功能，把静态的考试变为动态的“过程”，有利于学生团队精神的培养，有效地缓解了学生的精神负担，也使学生的思维能力得到了培养。
