| 摘 要： | 禁忌是人类普遍具有的文化现象，在中国早就产生和流传，它对调节人的行为起了不可低估的作用，直到今天，许多禁忌还影响着多方面的社会生活。这是因为古代的禁忌中，蕴含着先人们许多合理的现代科学意识；先进的环境保护意识；科学的养生保健意识；现代的伦理道德意识。
