教育学习指导中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:教育实习是师范教育中的重要组成部分和重要环节,教育实习成效的大小在很大程度上取决于实习指导的质量,我国目前师范教育实习指导中存在的主要问题有:师范教育7实习的指导目标不明确,评价不规范;实习指导教师的资格认定缺少硬性标准和规定;实习指导的内容存在着一定的片面性;实习指导过程的形式化倾向较为严重等,对我国师范教育实习指导的进一步完善的思路则是:指导教师的选派要坚持择优性原则;实习指导的内容要坚持全面性原则;实习指导的过程要坚持实效性原则;实习指导的方式要体现出创新性原则;实习指导中的人际关系应该坚持协同性原则等。

Abstract:Teaching practice plays a main role in normal education. The success and effect of teaching pratice, to a large extend, depends on a qualified and creative guidance. Some problems existing in present guidance for teaching practice are the unclear goal of guidance for teaching practice, unregulated evaluations, the lack of rigid standards for qualifying guiding teachers, the onesidedness of the guiding content and the obvious formalism of teaching practice guiding, etc. To improve the guidance for teaching practice, we need to adhere to the principle of choosing the best in the selection of guiding teachers, the principle of all sidedness of the content of guidance, the principle of pragmaticness in the process of guidance, the principle of innovation in the manner of guidance and the principle of cooperation in coping with others.
