台商投资福建的影响因素及今后发展对策

台商投资福建已有20多年历史，其间几经波折。目前，投责规模日渐扩大、区域进步扩展，投资结构日趋合理，并出现投责“群聚现象”。今后进一步吸引台商对福建投资既存在两岸不同政策态度、市场竞争压力加剧、台商投资“北扩”及周边省份博弈等不利因素，同时也存在加入WTO两岸合作有更多商机、福建的天时地利人和、日臻完善的政策制度和投资环境以及福建经济发展的后劲等有利因素。应该抓住台湾产业结构调整的发展良机，在政府投资政策上，不断完善软硬件环境，创造更好的吸引台商投资的条件。

Factors influencing Taiwan businessmen's further investment in Fujian and strategies for Fujian future development

Fujian Province has been drawing Taiwanese's investment for over the last twenty years,(during) which the investment has experienced twists and turns,with the scale of investment and the(drawing) region gradually enlarging and the investment structure becoming rationalized.Investment has(also)(aggregated) in some areas.It is preditted that there will be advantages and disadvantages in attracting the Taiwanese's investment in future.The disadvantages are the different policies of both sides across the Strait,the increasing pressure of market competition,the northward extension of the investment and(competition) of surrounding provinces,whereas the advantages are more chances of cooperation of both sides after China's entry into WTO,favorable climate and geographical position,support of Fujian(people),the improvement of policies,systems and the investment environment,and the developing room of Fujian economy.It is suggested that we should catch the opportunity of the industrial structure adjustment in Taiwan and create better conditions for attracting Taiwanese's investment in terms of improved governmental investment policy and upgraded environmental software and hardware.
