Ca3Co4O9基半导体热电材料新进展

摘    要:本文从热电材料的性能出发,讨论了提高半导体热电性能的主要途径,介绍了Ca3Co4O9半导体热电材料的晶体结构和输运性质及近年来的研究进展情况,展望了其应用前景,并提出了改善其热电性能的途径.

Abstract:The properties of thermoelectric materials were discussed. The approaches to improve thermoelectricity of materials were suggested. The crystal structures and transport properties of Ca_3Co_4O_9-based semiconductors were introduced. The latest progresses and foregroud of application of the materials were reviewed. The urgent problems for the materials were raised and the methods to improve the thermoelectric properties were offered.
