The change of the ways for Middle school English learning in the first round of the New Course Reform is one of the measures taken by China to satisfy the needs of the Information Age. China stays in a transformable period full of contradictions between advanced new ideas and the traditional beliefs about education . Advanced learning methods challenge the traditional ones. Perhaps different new ideas needs to be tested through practice, but it's necessary to change students' learning ways so as to satisfy the needs of developing the Information Age.
