摘    要:本实验对两种绿茶和黄茶进行体外抗癌效果评价。通过MTT试验验证其抗癌效果,在400μg/ml浓度处理下蒙顶黄茶(95%、81%)和蒙顶黄芽(94%、80%)表现出对AGS和HT-29癌细胞的生长抑制效果优于龙井绿茶(91%、70%)和云雾绿茶(77%、70%)。由此得出,黄茶的体外抗癌效果优于绿茶。

Abstract:In this paper we evaluated the in vitro anticancer effect of two products of Green Tea and Yellow Tea. We checked their anticaneer effects by MTT assay, and they, at the concentration of 400 μg,/ml, Mengdinghuangcha (95% and 81%) and Mengdinghuangya (94% and 80%),. showed better inhibitory effect on the growth of AGS and HT-29 cancer cells than Longjing Green Tea (91% and 70%) and Yunwu Green Tea (77% and 70%). These results suggest that the in vitro anticancer effect of Yellow Tea is better than that of Green Tea.
