摘    要:通过核算发现,影响某延迟焦化装置处理能力的瓶颈设备是加热炉,结合装置生产实际,分析找出了影响装置处理能力的制约因素,并提出了优化操作方案,为生产提供了参考。

Abstract:Through technological accounting, it is found that the check equipment effecting productive ability of the delayed-coking unit is the tube furnace. Elements blocking handling quantity of the delayed-coking unit have been analyzed and found according to the actual production of the delayed-coking unit. Then optimizing practicable operative scheme has been put forward with the technological accounting and analyses. And this optimizing program has been accepted in refinery.
