| 摘 要： | 办公室是领导影响力的积极创造者、忠实维护者和科学应用者。是领导之间的润滑荆，是各部门之间的磨合器，是上下之间的减震器，是衔接内外的粘合剂。所以在工作中，一要维护领导形象，二要讲究协调方法，三要具有创新精神，提升领导的影响力。

| Abstract: | Office is a creator,vindicator and user of leading influence.It is not only the lubricant between leaders,run-inner among departments,but also the shock absorber between leader and staff as well as adhesion of office and the society.Therefore in daily work,we should firstly protect the good image of leaders;secondly pay attention to the coordinating method;thirdly be creative to promote the leading influence. |
