浅谈行政人员职业道德建设的现状与失范原因分析及对策

职业道德，就是同人们的职业活动紧密联系的符合职业特点所要求的道德准则、道德情操与道德品质的总和，它既是对本职人员在职业活动中行为标准和要求，同时又是职业对社会所负的道德责任与义务。文章通过对行政人员职业道德建设的现状及失范原因进行分析，指出了行政人员职业道德的特殊性及行政道德准则和具体规范，阐明了职业道德建设的对策，强调了行政人员职业道德素质建设对实现依法治国具有重要意义。

A Brief Discussion on the Current Situation,Anomie Rea-sons and Countermeasures of the Professional Ethics Con-struction of Administrative Personnel

Professional ethics is the sum of moral standards,moral sentiments and moral quality,which meets the requirements of occupation characteristics and is closely related to people＇s occu-pation activities, so it is not only the behavior standard and re-quirement for the personnel in certain occupation activity, but al-so the moral responsibility and obligation for the society shoul-dered by the occupation. This paper analyzes the current situa-tion and anomie reasons of the professional ethics construction of the administrative personnel, points out the particularity and spe-cific norms of their professional ethics, expounds the counter-measures of professional ethics construction, and emphasizes that the professional ethics construction of administrative personnel is of great significance to realize the rule of law.
