基于大学治理理念的我国高校教师职称评审制度研究

职称评审工作对于高校教师队伍的建设、教师本身的学术能力、工作能力的提高以及大学的发展都具有重要的激励和促进作用。因此本文主要针对我国高校目前职称评审的问题,并基于现代大学的治理理念从而提出相应的策略。

Research on University Teachers' Professional Title Eval-uation System in China Based on the Concept of Modern University Governance

The evaluation of professional titles plays an important role in the construction of the teaching staff, the teachers＇ academic ability, the development of the working capacity and the development of university. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the problem of the profession＇s evaluation, then based on the concept of modern university governance, proposes the appropriate strategies.
