| Abstract: | Fostering the students＇reativity is the primary objective of modern education, it is particularly important for the teachers to accurately grasp the role definition and continue to seek the role innovation. This paper discusses the normal university teachers＇ role innovation from four aspects of social development, educational concepts, specialized structure and teaching mode. |
