摘    要:培养学生的创造力是现代教育的首要目标,教师准确把握角色定位,不断寻求角色创新尤为重要.该文针对“社会发展、教育观念、专业化结构、教学模式”四个方面对高师院校教师的角色创新加以探讨.

Abstract:Fostering the students'reativity is the primary objective of modern education, it is particularly important for the teachers to accurately grasp the role definition and continue to seek the role innovation. This paper discusses the normal university teachers' role innovation from four aspects of social development, educational concepts, specialized structure and teaching mode.
