| Abstract: | In this paper the deficiency of humanistic quality for higher adult education in local universities is analyzed, and the methods are investigated on how to reflect the training purpose of humanistic quality in the training plan, how to emphasize the training method in the classroom teaching, and how to display humanistic care in the teaching manage-ment. It is important to find some approaches to show the personality and characteristic for each student in various activi-ties, and to strengthen the training of humanistic quality for higher adult education in local universities. |
