| 摘 要： | “让人人都成功”的文化理念集中体现了办好大学的人文价值取向。几年来,这一文化理念在我校发挥了非常好的作用,对调动教师个体的自主创造精神和积极性具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,个人、领导和组织在落实这一理念时应有充分的认识和自觉的行为。

| Abstract: | The cultural ideology“enable everyone success”expresses the humanity value centralizely for a good university establishment.In recent years,this ideology has taken good effect in our university.It has important theoretical significant and practical value for mobilizing techers’self-creative spirit and positivity.In the process of the ideology carring out,individual,leaders and orgnizations should have fullly understanding and conscious behaviour toward this ideology. |
