| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以后，跨国公司理论出现了一些新的发展趋势，包括对跨国公司基本假设向异质制转变、跨国公司网络化，对跨国公司子公司基本假设的异质化，以及研究重点不断向子公司层面转移．本文以跨国公司子公司由同质观向异质观的发展为线索，回顾和综述跨国公司的四个子公司理论，从而在一定程度上认识跨国公司理论发展的内在机制。

| Abstract: | After 1980s,a new trend emerges in the theories of Multinational Corporations(MNCs).Such trend includes the basic hypothesis of MNC,which is turning into a heterarchy and network,the basic hypothesis of MNC subsidiary,which is becoming into heterarchicalization,and the attention of research,which more and more focuses on MNC subsidiaries.According to the development of the research of MNC subsidiary from homogeneity to heterarchy,this paper reviews four major streams of the research of MNC subsidiaries,which to some extend represents the evolution mechanism of the MNC theories. |
