| 摘 要： | 孔子认为,为政关键在人,而为政者的个人素养又十分重要,为此,孔子对为政者的素养提出了一系列的要求,文章从五个方面对此做作了较系统地论述。孔子的这些观点对于我们今天的为政者也有十分重要的现实意义。
