On How to Preserve and Exploit the Tangible Cultural Heritages Along the Border Areas

The tangible culture or the material culture,is the against of the human's non-material culture.There exist rich and various tangible cultural heritages along the Sino-Vietnam border.Owing to all kinds of reasons,the heritages have been destroyed.It is an important task for everyone to carry on how to preserve and exploit the cultural heritages and put them into a directing place in the local economy and four-civilization building.The paper suggests that to realize their importance,make rules and laws,set up aptitude cultural image,strengthen cultural management along the border,stress on the key objects,integrate the art works,exploit the border-cultural tourist lines,develop cultural businesses and improve their social and economic benefits are the working measures to preserve and exploit the tangible cultural heritages well.
